Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into your 'basket'. After you have finished your selection,
click on "GO TO CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. |

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order
and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. |

We accept All Major Credit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items
are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or

Delivery Schedule
We will ensure that your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days,
providing the items are in stock. We only use reputable couriers. It is possible on odd occasions that it may
take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. International orders are generally received in under 7
days. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
VAT at 15.0% is included in the prices shown on this website. If you are ordering from a
country where VAT can be excluded we will automatically adjust the price of your order and inform you of the
price change. |

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting
the day you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order
goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, (Such as
any items that contain video, DVD, audio or software products) and the item has been unsealed.
Should you
cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to
give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty
to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we
would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of
this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. |
